I rent out by the room. Full access to laundry room, back and front yard, and the kitchen with all appliances. I pay utilities, you just pay me rent weekly. Pets are allowed. Internet is provided as well.

We didn’t realize that we didn’t have a place to stay until check in day. We spent 6 hrs on our first day of vacation looking for accommodations. Had to find a place further away and pay an additional $1600. Expedia did not help in any way either.
