Bezahlung nicht vernünftig vermerkt

Wir hatten den Urlaub längst bezahlt und wurden zunächst per Mail, dann sogar per WhatsApp zur Zahlung des Urlaubs aufgefordert. Das war sehr unangenehm und belastend. Doe Klärung über FeWo funktioniert nicht einwandfrei, deshalb mussten wir uns selbst kümmern. Nicht in Ordnung.
