In a hamlet 3 km from the centre of Loubressac, 11 km from the centre of Saint-Céré, 11 km from the centre of Gramat, 15 km from the lake. Private: natural state property 800 m2 (fenced), orchard, swimming pool fenced (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Boules, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 11 km, bus stop "Puybrun" 17 km, bathing lake 15 km.
"Sarrouil", 4-room house 80 m2 on 3 levels. Rustic and cosy furnishings: small living room with satellite TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: entrance hall. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra) with dining table, satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Top floor: open walk-through room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Interconnecting room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Hip bath/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. 2 large terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. Beautiful panoramic view of the countryside.
