This independent cottage, not directly overlooked, is located on a dead-end road in a quiet residential area. Truly at the gates of Perros Guirec, this modern and practical little gite is the creation of the owner Patrick who is just waiting for you, with Sandra, to bring this house to life. Just above the Lenn basin and the Guguil stream for local walks, you can more widely head west to conquer the Côte de Granit Rose or east to explore the Côte des Ajoncs. A detour to Ploumanac'h, a favorite French village 7 km away, will be a must. 1.5 km from the port of Perros Guirec, a lovely little rental for some great getaways!

The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
