Love at first sight guaranteed for this beautiful, spacious and very comfortable holiday home, located in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast. The owner, of Chilean origin, charming with her slight accent, will have the pleasure of welcoming you there. The advantages of this house: the garden with a small sea view, the new basketball hoop in 2023 and above all the small path which will take you to the beach. The port of Perros-Guirec is 2.5 km away. On the Pink Granite Coast, this very bright modern villa offers direct access to the sea just 50m away.
