Welcome to Louannec, in the heart of the magnificent Pink Granite Coast! Ideally located just 150 metres from the beach accessible on foot and 400 metres from the town and its shops, this spacious and fully furnished house can accommodate up to 10 people. Enjoy a large enclosed garden ideal for children (with games and a slide), a large sunny terrace, and a peaceful setting just a stone's throw from the sea.
Perfect for a family holiday or with friends, just a short distance from Perros-Guirec and the wonders of Trégor.
Pass through the gate and take the path that leads to the terrace and the entrance door. You will then access a large reception hall. On the left, a spacious living area awaits you: you can share your meals around a large dining table for 10 people, or gather in the lounge area, equipped with sofas, a coffee table and a television. The lounge offers direct access to the terrace.
At the back, a fully equipped independent kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) is at your disposal for preparing your meals. For breakfast, you will find a toaster, a kettle, a filter coffee maker as well as a Nespresso machine.
The sleeping area consists of 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor, two bedrooms: the first has a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm), a desk and a wardrobe; the second is equipped with two single beds (90x190 cm) and a dressing room. Upstairs, you will find three other bedrooms: one with two single beds (90x190 cm), and the other two with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a wardrobe.
The accommodation includes two bathrooms: the ground floor one is equipped with a shower, toilet and hairdryer, whilst the one on the upper floor also has a shower and hairdryer. A second independent toilet is accessible on the ground floor.
An office space is located on the upper floor, perfect for working from home.
For your convenience, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available to you in the laundry room located opposite the entrance.
