Un catastrophe, toilettes boucher plus canalisations et cela depuis 2022 nous sommes en 2024 !!! Vitre casser , cuisine casser four HS réfrigérateur avec un pot de crème fraîche ouverte et sale . Il vous dit que vous pouvez fêter anniversaire et autre mais à 20h il faud rester à intérieur Porte et fenêtres fermées qui elle sont casser aussi . Les matelas et les coussins sont remplis de taches ! Il y a des mégots sous les lit . Les sdb et wc sont sale et casser pour certain . J ai un ami qui a passer 3 h les main ds le caca pour que l Ont puisse finir tant bien que mal le week-end. En gros tous était sale et casser et pour finir il se permet de me prélever 250€ sans me prévenir pour sois disant le nenage inexistant et que j avais déjà payé. Je vais pas lâcher !!!!!!!! Ta maison c est de la daubes et toi t es un voleur ! Et en plus de ça il se permet de t insulter par téléphone pour pas à avoir à se justifier!!!!

Tout pour s'amuser mais pas entretenu et paiement de dernière minute

Pour un anniversaire et pour une nuit pour 20 personnes Informations absentes dans l'annonce 500 EUROS VERSES AU DERNIER MOMENT : 250 euros obligatoires pour le MENAGE (voir après) + 250 euros en supplément pour le WEEK-END un CHEQUE DE CAUTION DE 1 200 euros demandé à l'arrivée On a pu profiter du week-end mais l'état de la maison a fait plus que mauvaise impression aux invités. Poins négatifs : Sanitaires et sols nettoyés... mais c'est tout (four plus qu'encrassé, poussière sur les plinthes, les luminaires, traces de doigts sur tous les interrupteurs...). Les dégrations précédentes n'ont pas été réparées (papier arraché, décollé, trace humidité, barre de douche qui ne tient pas, poignée de porte cassée, etc...) Pas de plateau dans le four à micro-onde Quelques points positifs : Assez grand pour 24 personnes. On eu suffisament d'eau chaude. On a pu partir plus tard le dimanche. Vu l'état de la maison, je suis repartie avec mon chèque de caution.

Rien ne s'est passé comme annoncé : - l'adresse est en fait dans le 51, pas le 77, soit 20 km plus loin que l'adresse donnée sur le site - pas d'accueil à l'arrivée - parking qui est en fait la rue - pas d'enceinte - la piscine est sale et inutilisable (eau non filtrée) - pas de table de ping-pong - équipements non adaptés (seulement 13 verres pour 25 personnes, manque d'ustensiles...) - lave-vaisselle défectueux - 1 WC sur les 3 défectueux - seulement 21 couchages au lieu de 24 - portes sans poignées... Et la réaction du loueur à la fin au téléphone : des injures !!!
