Spacious new-build villa with private pool, just 15 minutes from the beautiful Costa Blanca beach and close to stunning golf courses. Enjoy your holiday in this modern, bright villa in Los Montesinos.



The villa offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large open-plan living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, rooftop terrace, balconies, and a spacious terrace surrounding the house. Outside, relax in the private heated pool with outdoor shower—perfect for year-round enjoyment. Pool heating is available upon request and for an extra fee; please request at least 3 days before arrival.



On the ground floor, you’ll find the living-dining area with open kitchen, washing machine, and the first bedroom with double bed, TV, built-in wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower.



Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, each with a double bed, TV, built-in wardrobe, and bathroom with shower. From this floor, access the balcony and the rooftop solarium. Enjoy views of the two Torrevieja salt lagoons while sunbathing or having a barbecue on the solarium.



The entire property is equipped with central air conditioning for cooling and heating.



Free street parking is available in front of the house.
