This lovely villa features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious open-plan living-dining area with integrated kitchen, a rooftop solarium, and a large terrace surrounding the house. Outside, you can enjoy a heated private pool with outdoor shower, perfect for relaxing all year round. Pool heating is available on request and for an extra fee; please request at least 3 days before arrival.
On the solarium, a barbecue and jacuzzi await you, offering a peaceful spot to unwind with impressive views of the Torrevieja salt lagoons. The jacuzzi is open year-round. For maintenance, the jacuzzi water must be checked weekly. If no one is present during the check, a licensed professional may access the property to perform this task.
On the ground floor, you'll find the luxurious open-plan living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a spacious bedroom with direct access to the pool terrace.
Upstairs, there are two more spacious bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, large built-in wardrobes, and direct access to a balcony. From this floor, you can also reach the large rooftop solarium.
