Este apartamento junto a la playa de Puerto Naos, una de las playas más conocidas de la isla, que goza de un clima envidiable durante todo el año, ha sido completamente remodelado y tiene un espacio de estacionamiento privado. Con acceso directo desde el garaje a la casa a través del ascensor, cuenta con dos habitaciones dobles, baño y un amplio salón con zona de TV y cocina.

Su gran terraza con vista a las montañas brinda gran luminosidad, y tiene un área para almorzar y otra para relajarse, leer o disfrutar de las vistas. Al final de la calle se puede ver el mar, ya que la playa está a solo 50 metros.

En Puerto Naos, puede encontrar todo lo que necesita a pie: farmacia, restaurantes, supermercados, parada de autobús, etc. A 5 minutos en coche, encontrará la pintoresca Cala de Charco Verde, o el pequeño pueblo pesquero de El Remo donde puede probar platos de la cocina local y buen pescado.
