Located just steps from the ocean with endless opportunities for adventure, this place is the perfect choice for your next vacation. Our cozy unit sleeps four comfortably, with a spacious bedroom and comfortable sofa bed. You'll feel right at home with our upgraded kitchen and beach amenities. Walking distance to restaurants in town and beach front. Walk to morning coffee, happy hour and a small tienda! The perfect place to create memories, relax, recharge, and enjoy Los Barriles!

Carpe Diem Condo is located in the south building at Playitas condos, just steps from a white sandy beach, bars, restaurants, and shopping.

Amenities: Gated parking, a shared swimming pool with the other 5 units, and a balcony with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez.

We live and work in Los Barriles. We love it here and want you to as well. We are happy to be your concierge service for your trip. Our goal is to help make this your best vacation ever!

Walking distance to restaurants in town and beach front. Walk to morning coffee, happy hour and a small tienda!

In regards to children: this is a parent choice, but we want you to know there is no pool gate or fence. It is your responsibility to watch your children.

When vacationing in Mexico you may experience random power and water outages. We do our best to warn you if they are planned, but generally rain causes power outages. The house does have a few flashlights. Water and power use should always be conserved.

There is always building happening in baja, we cannot guarantee the status of building around this property.
