This is in a stand alone house with private yard, and can have access to laundry. We provide cleaning, hand wipes, and clean towels. Air Purifier in room. Private cozy stand alone bungalow beach house w/ queen casper bed by beach, 1 block to Redondo pier, 2 1/2 blocks 2 Beach, 25 min to LAX, walking to Wholefoods & 5 min to Trader Joe's. Has Kuerig, kitchen, full bath,tv w/ sling (Live TV)+DVD player. highspeed wifi. By Portofino, crowne plaza, & Shade hotel, free bikes, 3 night min.

5 minutes to Hermosa Pier and 30 minutes bike ride to Manhattan beach. We are across the street (1 1/2 blocks from Redondo Pier). We are also close to Palos Verdes and San Vicente. 10 minutes drive to Manhattan Beach. Ask about bike rental promo.

We live walking distance to Redondo Pier (close to bars, Cheesecake Factory) and Hermosa Pier. To get to pier, go right outside gate and cross street and walk left 1 block til you see park/ocean and walk down to pier and head left to go to beach. There's plenty of convenient shopping & shops close (2 blocks). Just go outside gate and go left two blocks to Wholefoods, Riteaid, Smashburger, Pure Barre, Panda Express, Beauty Supply Store, Starbucks, Kirari West Bakery, and 5 minutes to Trader Joe's (Riveria Village). Polly's on The Pier and Tammy's are great breakfast places but the closest is Barney's and they serve breakfast all day.

It's also a safe neighborhood and police station is close by.

*Note: I have an extra room in the front house with private entrance. Has full size bed, small fridge, and Kuerig coffee machine. Please ask about this as an add on!

Second time staying here. Love this cozy cottage and Angela, the hostess is an absolute sweetheart. So thoughtful and caring for her guests. The online pictures do not capture the magic of this darling place.

Family Visit

We had a wonderful time staying at Angela's Bungalow! When we arrived, Angela showed us the Bungalow and were everything was. She even had a basket of snacks for us too! We loved sitting in the little courtyard and also using the new BBQ Grill she just purchased. Angela also surprised us with some freshly baked Croissants. They were wonderful! We would stay her again in the future. Thanks Angela for being a wonderful host!

It was perfect for us!!!

Our stay was amazing. It was just me and my wife and we had such a great time in Redondo beach. Angela was such a great, kind and wonderful host for us. Her place was so cute and perfect for us. We would walk to get coffee, walk to the beach, walk to the pier, and on the evening sit outside on her beautiful lighted patio. Wonderful location and can’t recommend it enough.

A cozy little gem!

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying at Angela's property for a volleyball tournament that was taking place in Hermosa Beach. This property is a clean, cozy, and comfortable place to stay. Perfect for the two of us. We used Angela's bikes to get to the venue, an easy/peaceful 10 minute bike ride away. Loved not :having to worry about parking! Angela was an incredible host as well. She kept in touch prior to our arrival and met us at the door. She toured the accommodations with us, explaining how things worked/how to get around town. We would see her in the evenings at times, and she would ask if everything was okay and/or if we needed anything. She was quick to respond to texts during the day as well. Such a wonderful experience for us! I would stay here again without hesitation! Her little dog Bailey was a sweetheart too! Thank you for your generous hospitality Angela!! Lovely cottage, excellent host

Angela could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Everything you need for a stay is supplied, along with plenty of recommendations of where to eat and shop in the neighborhood. (Whole Foods is a five minute walk away as is a very nice French bakery.) The cottage is lovely, if a bit smaller than the photos suggest, with a Dutch door opening up to your own private garden, along with a fruit-laden orange tree. I spent many a peasant morning out there during my stay. One drawback: Though the kitchen is stocked with everything you might need, it is quite tiny, making cooking and cleanup a bit awkward. Plus, when I fried bacon in the morning or grilled a steak at night, the smoke alarm went off repeatedly. Better just to eat out, I think, especially as there are so many great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend Captain Kidd’s, a rustic fish shack where freshly caught seafood is expertly prepared.

I can't say enough about this property and Angela. It is such a enchanting little bungalow and Andrea is such a wonderful person. Angela greeted us as we pulled into the driveway and made sure we had everything that we needed. She gave us a great bottle of local Syrah and had a large assortment of snacks, coffee, and breakfast foods. The bungalow itself was adorable. It is well decorated and has all the amenities you need. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing. The back yard with the patio and place to have a fire was great, the perfect place for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The best part of it all was the orange tree. Being from Michigan you don't often get a chance to pick your own orange from the tree. I didn't know oranges could taste so good but a word of caution, what a juicy mess lol. It was only a short walk down to Redondo pier where there was a nice assortment of very good restaurants and places to have a drink if so inclined. Also a very nice place to set and watch the sunset. The neighborhood was very quiet and everyone was friendly. And then there is Angela, what a sweetheart. She is one of the nicest persons you will ever meet. She was great fun to talk to and made sure to take great care of us. We also loved getting to meet her new little puppy Bailey. We are so excited for her. The next time we are in the area we will definitely be staying again. Thank you Angela for such a perfect place to call home for the week Neal and Toy

Cute cottage near beach

Angela is very gracious and stocks the kitchen with plenty of snacks and breakfast items. The cottage is cozy and charming. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. The Redondo beach is perfect for long walks and biking. Check out the Comedy Club in Hermosa Beach for a fun evening.

A Little Treasure in Redondo Beach

This quaint bungalow was PERFECT for our stay in Redondo Beach. Angela is so warm and gracious! She met us when we arrived and provided a few suggestions on local activities in the community. A few small items in the frig., small little treats were left out for us to enjoy. Very nice touch! This bungalow sits at the back of the property away from the street. As you enter through the back gate you're greeted by a brick pathway leading to a quaint little garden with vines growing over a trellis. At night lights are hung illuminating the area providing a truly magical look. The rooms are clean and inviting. The bedding and bed are luxurious and comfortable. Bathroom remodeled with great water pressure for showering. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. I had a tag on some shoes and wished I had a pair of scissors to cut it off. I took a chance, looked in the kitchen drawer and YES, she even thought of providing those for her guests. :o) One of Redondo's famous little restaurants, "Joes" is just a block away and a must if you are new in the area. Be prepared to stand in line as it's popular with the locals. Across the street by World Market is a wonderful little bakery, "Paris Baguette". Angela shared this little treasure with us and we indulged ourselves a couple of times. Yum! To the west to the Bungalow you walk to the corner, turn right and then left at the next street. This will take you down towards the Marina, Pier then the beach. Be sure to go down by the boats to experience seeing the fresh fish or take in a meal. There are boats for rent or take an excursion. The famous Redondo Pier has amazing food as well but don't pass the fresh churros as they are the BEST in So Cal. Walk down the pier to watch people fishing and possibly see a few seals trying to grab a few fish themselves. The beach is just on the other side of the pier with plenty of showers to shower off the salt before heading back home. Angela has a true talent for hosting guests. She's very friendly and pays attention to EVERY LITTLE DETAIL. From the beach umbrella, beach chairs and extra flip flops. (Yes, I forgot mine and used a pair.) We didn't want for anything! Beatiful and cozy. Really enjoyed the bed and linens.
