However inexpensive the price was for this locaiton there is a lot to say about what you will experience around the property. What I will say is this. Ed, or whoever the older white man is that runs the front desk needs to be looked at, closely. I repeatedly heard him speak to customers in a very unfriendly way, including the use of the term "all lives matter." Which... I don't even know where to begin with that, but don't say it to a black patron, or acuse the women at the desk that they have problems. I waited 50 minutes to check in. Two groups of people were quarreling with the staff. A group of five, a family; and some clearly drug-addicted people. They ate up all the time. They were not complying with the mask policy. They were yelling. There was NO ventilation at check-in, there was no policing of the amount of people in the lobby. The room was fair. The bed at least was comfortable but we were told we were getting a double, we got a single with a King. The toilet was broken. The light int he bathroom didn't work. There was no TV remote. Drug addicted people and other people who clearly live there, were up all night, screaming, fighting, doing drugs, banging walls, and acting terrible. check out is at 11 am, but I waited 50 minutes to get into a room when I arrived on time. Other than the location, a horrible experience.

Needs new management . Very dirty rooms . Smelly. Broken coffee maker, rusty refrigerator, bed bugs. Booked for 2 night but left the next day. Can’t stand the dirt. Door knobs are broken too

Management very accommodating , excellent location

Property needs serious upgrade our room had stopper in bathroom

Travelers beware! This place may look nice on the website, but is dirty to the point you want to put a towel on a chair to sit in it (and same on bed). It is in disrepair (hair dryer and bathroom fans made ungodly sounds, as if they were to burst out in flames at any moment). It also seems to be attended by less-than-savoury characters, on our visit our friends visiting saw something possibly close to domestic violence and we saw at least one homeless/intoxicated person on the property in the morning. The most concerning is the safety factor, especially for families. Although it may have decent-looking facility such as the pool, it is not clean or properly maintained as it looks and the outside area around the pool is not well taken care of - the tables were full of sticky goo, old food, and mess. The only "positives" are that staff was helpful, the location is pretty good, and that there is an Indian restaurant practically on-site. It was not cheap either and for roughly the same price in the area one could get a quite a bit nicer place. In either case, no costs savings can make up for staying in this dump. Stay elsewhere.

We didn’t like anything about it. We were very disappointed. The pool was filthy. The room was dirty. There was no hot tub like the website said there was. The room with the continental breakfast was really small. We will never stay there again.

its a dump its a dump its a dump its a dump its a dump

Worst experience ever . Rental car was keyed on this property. Owners had camera showing only half of the parking lot . Very rude

The picture on your site is either old or fake. The hotel is old and poorly patched up. The bathtub/shower does not work. The carpet is very dirty and stained. When we told the hotel staff about the shower, we aas told to pull harder. They didn't come to look at it. We truly believe they use this hotel as a homeless shelter. We just needed a room for one night before our cruise and now based on the condition of the hotel i am getting on the ship un showed and wrinkled. Giving this hotel a one star rating would be to high.

People wasn't nice at ten minutes arriving they went to our room and ask if the room was check in , of course "Yes, we told her, we could open the water for shower, we call to ask for help but they never answer my calls, terrible. The fan or cooler doesn't work, we calls but no answer.

Room was OK. Breakfast was a joke. White bread, white waffles, cereal, oj, apple juice & coffee. Ice machine was out of the way since only one was working.

It was a smaller room but a great pool, not much for breakfast they need to up that some. but room was clean and quiet at night.

Awesome, old but low price and cheap. . ........................ Rushed through it, didn't take but a few minutes and I was out the door

Clean rooms, friendly staff and excellent maid service! The restaurant on the property is top notch! Prices are incredible!

The room could've been cleaner and the shower didn't work properly but it did the job

Comfortable room, with microwave-refrigerator and a good sized desk. There is breakfast service and a restaurant attached to the hotel. It's centrally located~walking distance to anything you need with in foot steps. The rooms are back to back so if you have noisy neighbors, you may want music to drown them out.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel, my favorite things were the customer service and the free buffet breakfast :)
