Staff responded immediately when called upon about any issue. I’m not sure if all motels should have a hair dryer or a landline telephone at all times but this motel did not have either in the room we stayed in. Maybe, it’s upon request. There was a microwave and a refrigerator which we were very thankful for. The towels and linens I feel like they need to upgrade. Overall, our stay was great. We slept pretty well, the room was clean, stores were nearby, and the area was quiet.

Do not take your families here. There were homeless people living in the parking lot, people fighting on the balcony, and our door could easily have been pushed open even with the deadbolt. There were ants in the sink and the room was hot and smelled bad. Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. We asked for a refund after seeing the room. They did refund me after some argument and then hanging up on the Expedia employee speaking on my behalf.

If you are a parent, please do not book this motel. I was relieved my kid wasn’t with me. This was the worst place I have ever stayed at and I felt let down by the rating on Expedia. I never would have stayed here because: 1) it was unbelievably filthy. Floor turned feet black, dead roach on bathtowel, etc. I had to wear shoes in the room and wouldn’t put anything on the ground. 2) cigarette smoke. Room smelled awful!!!!!! I think upstairs residents were smoking and it was coming through vents. My clothes all smelled terrible when I got home. 3) burn marks all over the floor and table, maybe from a lighter? 4) only given some flimsy towels, one that appeared dirty 5) upstairs residents super loud until 2am 6) bright light outside window with someone doing something with their car until around 1am 7) when I checked in, one of the workers snapped at me to go around to the front, which was really the side. After that, I didn’t want to ask them for anything and literally bought my own toilet paper because there wasn’t enough in the room. I don’t want to harm someone’s business and I imagine they cater to a different group than me, but I honestly think any business owner should take more pride in their business (like maybe mop that floor!). And, to restate, I am mainly sharing this review because I would NEVER want a parent to book this with their kid. I have more thoughts about this place but just wanted to stick with the facts versus speculating more about this business.

The older person who welcomed us was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. The room was recently renovated, clean and modern. The bathroom was especially nice with new quality fixtures which worked well.

Area is very nice, but the rooms are disgusting. We found baby cockroaches, the bathroom smelled like someone just finished smoking a fat blunt, and there were burn marks all over the ground and the surfaces. paid way too much for these conditions.
