My place is close to Malibu Pier, Pepperdine University, Malibu Bluffs, Walking distance to Beach, Hiking Trails, Point Dume, Nobu Malibu, Getty Villa, Civic Center Shopping Center. You’ll love my place because of Its in the heart of Malibu, yet quiet and peaceful. A beautiful community with spacious, bright condo and close to all amenities. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). Two minutes drive to restaurants, shopping, Soul Cycle and Yoga.
The condo is heated and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a microwave.
