This lovely one-bedroom unit is spacious and filled with lots of light. Newly renovated, with beautiful wood floors, lovely tile throughout, and brand new furnishings. Separate living room with new smart TV, large fully-stocked kitchen and dedicated dining area. There are two private entrances, one which leads to a common outdoor area. The apartment is located in a highly desirable safe neighborhood with plenty of street parking, restaurants, shops and stores are steps away.

There is a lap top friendly study area, cozy reading corner, and brand new 50” smart tv and WiFi throughout.
