The 200 sqt ground floor room with new hardwood floor is attached with new private bath ,equipped with Smart TV and dedicated workspace with desk and chair. Self control temperature AC/heater and refrigerator in room. Refrigerator and kitchenette. San Gabriel canyon behind for cycling, walking and running. Close to APU . Citrus College. Costco, Target shops, restaurants are close by
