Spend the day at the beach or work from home in the designated work area with desk and hi-speed internet. The walk-ability factor is incredible. Just 7 minutes to stores and restaurants and 10 to the beach. You need something for dinner - walk to Trader Joes, want to enjoy the sunset, walk to Dolphin Park. New mattresses and pillows, water heater and an extremely well-equipped kitchen will make your long-term stay so comfortable and easy. This excellent property features 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a comfy sofa bed in the office.
