Welcome to "THE PACIFIC VIEW, IN MALIBU" — a high-end 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom ESTATE nestled behind a semi-private gate in a quiet cul-de-sac. Sleeping up to 8 guests, this elegant home offers distant ocean views of the Malibu coast and Catalina Island, set on 1.4 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Enjoy the sparkling POOL, (seasonally heated June, July, August, and September) or soak in the HOT TUB at any time!

Bedrooms include three king suites with en-suites (two on the main level and a spacious primary suite upstairs featuring a soaking tub and walk-in closet), plus two queen bedrooms sharing Jack and Jill bathrooms—one with bunk beds and a balcony, ideal for families.

The grounds are beautiful and lush with foliage. The pool is seasonally heated to 82 degrees (June, July, August, and September) (it takes 24 hours to heat up). You are welcome to turn on the hot tub at any time and is included with your stay, it takes a few hours to heat up.

Enjoy modern elegance with a fully equipped kitchen, multiple living areas with smart TVs allowing you to log into your favorite streaming accounts, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The outdoor space features a sparkling pool and hot tub, surrounded by lush landscaping—perfect for relaxing under the California sun or stargazing in the evenings.

Important Guest Information:
The home has two HVAC zones controlled by Nest thermostats for your comfort.

The garage will not be available for guest use.

The fireplace on the main level in the living room may be used. The fireplace in the primary bedroom is for display only and is turned off.

Beach chairs and pool towels are provided.

Our permit allows 8 to sleep overnight, and 12 for day visitors.

We don't allow filming, events, weddings, or wedding receptions.

We have six cameras on the exterior of the home that will be recording at all times for guest safety. Two cameras face the pool/view of the ocean.

I would give it more than 5 stars if I could! We loved everything about this property... It was very clean, the kitchen was so well stocked, the outdoor area just beautiful, and the hosts were quick to respond whenever we had questions. And last, the setting was magical. The property sat on a hill overlooking the Pacific. The views were spectacular, especially watching the sunrise every morning over the ocean (we were facing East). It was the perfect spot to spend Thanksgiving with our family. We will be back!

We had a fabulous time! This was a splurge for my family and was totally worth it. Communication with the owner before and during our stay through the VRBO site was really fast & responsive. Would totally book here again.The house is incredible. Really open layout with huge windows for taking in the view. The kitchen is large, well-equipped with breakfast table for 6. Loved the Nespresso Vertuo and coffee maker. Two ovens & two full-size refrigerators for all of our snacks & meal-prep. Lovely dining table for 10. Powder room & laundry downstairs as well.Large TV visible is from the casual dining table & most of the kitchen (great for watching the World Cup!). Two living areas with lots of comfy seating look out onto the gorgeous pool and hot tub. Comfy outdoor furniture for lounging or dining outside. Pool noodles and low beach chairs for guest use.Two king bedrooms on the main with en-suites. We brought my elderly in-laws along for the trip and were so glad that the "library bedroom" didn't have an area rug. This was great for them as they have mobility issues. There is a step down into the living room. Huge primary suite with a king bed. The bathroom and closet were spacious and bright. Two more bedrooms that shared a bathroom: one queen in one and one with a bunk bed (double bed on the bottom). All bedrooms had shades or wood blinds (not blackout which would have been a great bonus for the late sleepers but we didn't miss that too much). What a lovely home!
