Very convenient
Property is located in a very convenient area for the Sherman oaks to Tarzana Ventura Blvd hang...But room is outdated, completely delapitated, old, falling apart, make shift kinda deal. I will give them this...the bed did not smell like horrible spray disinfectant like the horror rooms out in the midwest...the bedding was clean and doable if you can deal with the 2 thick goofy pillows that were at least clean ;) ...I'm super sensitive to smells and I was able to sleep there. If you want a cheaper room and you're only gonna sleep there it ain't bad. I didn't need to shower, just "sleep and go so I can't tell you about that...I brushed my teeth and washed my face so the tiny sink worked fine and the old faded white towels were properly washed at about an 8 out of ten. Floors had cracked tiles chipped wood no hangers in closet ...you get the picture!!
I couldn’t even stay here. Got to the room which wreaked of smoke and had mold in the bathroom. I ended up sleeping in a tent in my parents backyard.
