The host ghosted us. We were sitting outside the place at 4:30 and he would not answer either myself or the help line.

This place was the worst. We reached out to receive check-in instructions and were ghosted. We used every form of communication provided to us with no success. VRBO had to get involved.Hours after our plane landed and we were stranded at the airport, VRBO refunded us and told us to find a different place to stay. Finding a new place last minute cost us a lot more money. We also were not able to reach the excursion we had booked due to no accommodations being available. We ended up loosing thousands of dollars because of this bad listing. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.
