We had an incredible stay at the Trousdale Estate. It was perfect for our family gathering, large enough to accommodate everyone with enough separation. The kitchen had everything we needed, the views are spectacular, and the bedrooms and common areas were comfortable and well appointed. Tatiana was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We would stay again!

My family was celebrating my youngest daughter graduating from USC law School. I wanted a special place to stay to mark the occasion. From the moment I booked the house, checked in with a guided tour, and for our entire stay, the entire trip was magnificent. The pictures of the house, rooms, grounds, and views look great on the website, but every little detail about the house was even more beautiful in person. The house is huge and feels like family at thew same time. The entrance and hallways are dramatic. Each bedroom is huge and has its' own ensuite. The master was like a whole house by itself. The kitchen and bar were great. And then when we walke doutside and saw the beautiful pool and the amazing views of the entire LA, we were stunned. We will come back again!

Amazing Family Vacation

What started off as a very rocky VRBO experience turned into an amazing one. Our group was booked to stay at another property, which turned out to not exist. As a result, we had to pivot and find a new location. Thankfully, the Trousdale estate was available and - WOW! The property was immaculate and perfectly accommodated our group of 9 and 1 newborn. After such a stressful ordeal we were a little disheartened, but this property quickly turned it around! Thank you for the last minute booking and the wonderful communication from the property manager. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Wonderful Stay

My group stayed on a business trip and everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. The view is unbelievable, the house is immaculate and decorated luxuriously with no details missed. There are plenty of bathrooms and the beds are extremely comfortable. Once you enter, you are overwhelmed with a sense of peace and tranquility. Great location, short drive to everything you could need. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be sure to return if our travels bring us to Beverly Hills again.

Exceptional Property, Stunning Views!

This beautiful property exceeded our expectations in every way! The sweeping views of LA, from downtown to Palos Verdes, to the ocean, were jaw-dropping! The photos on the listing are very accurate, and the home is beautifully furnished with high-quality furniture and an abundance of space. The scale of the residence is impressive, ensuring privacy for everyone. The on-site host, Tatiana, was SO gracious and helpful. She was immediately responsive when we had a question and made sure everything was operating and equipped as expected. There were welcome snacks and bottled water when we arrived, and very nice shampoos and soaps in every bathroom. It was amazing to sit high above the sprawling city, but have quick access a few minutes down the hill to the heart of Beverly Hills and Hollywood! We will definitely be back! Absolutely incredible! Thanks again, Tatiana for a perfect stay!

Amazing Girls Trip/Reunion

The place was phenomenal. The views! I have never seen better views in L.A. or anywhere, than at this house from the master and living rooms and backyard. The yard and fire pit, pool and hot tub were a dream, as were the beautifully decorated rooms and thoughtful snacks land water left all over. Some of the beds were heavenly soft/comfortable and others were not as comfy/harder, although all were beautifully appointed. House managers were easy to communicate with. Had some trouble figuring out all the TVs that seemed to have different remotes in each room but got it eventually - better to ask/learn at check in rather than after! All in all a truly fantastic and memorable stay for all :)
