This is definitely a party house so if that what you are looking for it should meet your needs. We found the cleanliness to be lacking, dirty towels in the sauna with water bottles, caked on food and dirt in the furniture. Hair and red solo cups in the drawers, second hand kitchen supplies and bedding. Also, it is not at all how it's pictured in the advertisement. The basement only had a ping pong table and darts. The gym looked like it was a storage unit with some gym equipment. Dirty and torn up patio furniture and deck. We sent our concerns to the property management company and they did refund our cleaning fee and offer to have the cleaning crew back out which we declined since we'd be staying there while they came in. You pay a lot to stay here and you'd just expect it to be in better condition. They also told us before we booked that they couldn't heat just one pool at a time, it had to be both. But when we got there the top pool was freezing and they informed us that they could only heat one pool at a time. Which is very misleading. It also had a rusted wire in it. It's a beautiful house and we enjoyed what was available, but we will not stay here again.
