This newly renovated detached guest house features one bedroom and one bath with vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light as well as it's own separate entrance from the main property. Sit and sip your morning coffee in your very own private patio under the Venice sunshine. The house is quiet, private, and serene. This well located home is close to public transportation as well as having plenty of parking. Located a mile from the beach (bike ride anyone) and walking distance to some hip restaurants and cafes, you will feel like you are living central to all the fun and beauty Venice has to offer.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
