Stayed here again on business trip. Great staff, and facility. Love Copper lounge to have a quick bite and relax. Pool was great. Rooms are always clean and nice, just wish I would get upgrades as I'm an IHG member and stay here often. Look forward to my next stay.
Location: Stayed for LA marathon, due to its central location and quiet nature. We didn't rent a car and it was very easy and stress free! The Tesla house car was always available to take us anywhere w/in a 2 mile range (we went to Whole Foods and a few cafes off Beverly Drive) when we went to West Hollywood for dinner, our Uber/Lyfts were not more than $8 each way. It's a 25 min walk to Rodeo Drive, was fun to walk thru the residential areas! Rooms and Bathrooms were large. Fitness Center was good, it had free weights which a lot of hotel gyms don't have. Also had water and apples. Rooms: A lot of the rooms will have a view of the 'Hollywood' sign. Our room had an outdoor terrace, it was large enough to comfortably fit 2 loungers and a small table with a lot of space leftover. There is a fridge in the room but its full of mini-bar sodas....we just removed the sodas temporarily and used it for our own beverages that we purchased from Whole Foods. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The doors are heavy and tend to slam, that was the only noise from other guests I heard (I actually slammed the door once or twice also....oops) The nice thing was that the front desk staff offered us a choice of room and actually insisted that we look at the rooms to decide which one we wanted....I have never had service like that. We checked in before noon and our room was ready, a great surprise since official check-in isn't until 3pm. I booked the room thru priceline but signed up for their 'Ambassador' program upon arrival. By signing up for this program I got a complimentary room upgrade, a free in-suite movie ($17.95 value), a "welcome" gift of fruits and 2 bottles of Voss water and free wi-fi. Also a certificate for a free night at any of the IHG hotels to use within 365 days. Also got to use the VIP lounge which had coffee/tea/espresso/wine and an assortment of baked goods.
My husband and I spent two nights here. The room was clean and well appointed. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast downstairs was good as well as a good value. Our only complaint is that they must be seriously softening the water; it seemed like we could never get rid of the soapy feeling in the shower. But, that said, we would certainly stay there again.
Hotel room was first rate. Staff was outstanding. Food and other amenities were excellent. I enjoyed my stay and would not only recommend the hotel but also stay here again. The property is about 4/10 mile from a Westfield Mall, which is also convenient.
It was a short trip to LA, into a great hotel with outstanting service. The location was great according for our activities, is locate in a very quiet area, great for relax. The rooms was very good is recently renovated.
very nice hotel, lots of space, kind personnel, good location close to the highway, shopping malls. only lesser point was the back-lot (as soon as you go into the street near the hotel, a lot of garbage is lying around
Great room space, the view from the rooms is good. Food was really good! Service is great and staff are very helpful. I sent some packages and had them in my room when i arrived after the first day! The room was very clean and bathroom was perfect. The beds are very comfortable! The location was great for my convention, and very close to many malls and restaurants!
My husband and I spent a week's vacation at the Intercontinental Los Angeles, Century CIty; LA is such a sprawling city, location matters. Since we were really exploring a lot of the city on this trip, Century City was a good starting point. Very comfortable room, very friendly service. The breakfast buffet was expensive but opulent. The concierge helped arrange for a rental car once we realized that taxis or even Uber/Lyft was impractical for a whole week of wandering around. The $41 nightly parking cost seems absurdly high, but LA is full of paying lots for parking, required valet, etc. My only regret is that the hotel isn't in a neighborhood where you want to go out and walk (it is LA); lots of luxury condos and Fox Studios next door--so not a wander-around kind of location. It was a lot of money for this hotel (and we tried for the least expensive room we could get), but the service was extremely nice and it was comfortable in every way.
Great property, good location and overall nice hotel. Have stayed many times. My only complaint this trip was the water in the shower that either went cold after 2 mins or took 5 mins to heat up. Otherwise rooms were clean and spacious and beds super comfortable.
Have been here before, but after a successful refurbishment, the hotel has really nice rooms now. Still spacious (had a deluxe) but stylish with very good bed. I have the impression, the refurbishment did not go until the bathrooms, but this is still very ok. Also excellent are the combined USB/electrical plugs in the tables witch make it easy to charge all you gadgets.
