Three of us traveling together shared the room. Requested rollaway but room too small to accommodate so we had two full beds (not queen). That was challenging for sleep. However, beds were comfy and clean. Some rooms have a great city view and can see the Hollywood sign, ours did not. Dinner first night was apps. Ramen was really good, flavorful as was kale salad. Fried chicken app was average. Service very good. After we walked around in an atrium like area that was lovely, Where did this hotel shine? The service provided by the concierge, front desk, car service, and housekeeping staff all met or exceeded our expectations. One suggestion: encourage ALL of your employees to smile and greet people as they pass. Saw many employees walking around with no smile or recognition on their faces. The little things - that are free - do make a difference. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay!
The hotel staff was very professional and attentive. The hotel common spaces were lovely and open with contemporary furnishings. The accommodation had a balcony with nice views of the hills and the room size was ample and clean.
This is an excellent choice in Beverly Hills. Wonderful, attentive staff. Great food in the lobby. Quiet rooms. Cleanliness never in question. I would come back here in a minute. I would like to hear the secrets the staff keeps.
I was at the Intercontinental for a conference and it was my first time to stay in one. I was very pleased with my room which was exceptionally large, was located on a corner and offered me double balconies. Everything was comfortable from the desk chair to the bed.
Had a great stay here at Intercontinental Century City. We were upgraded immediately to a great room with a balcony and views. The hotel also surprised me for my bday with a bottle of champagne and a cake! The bed was large and so comfortable , slept like a baby. Great location to Beverly Hills and Santa Monica . Great car service a mile in a half in any direction. Beautiful Tesla, drivers were excellent. Taxi stand close by for easy transport. The staff was excellent. Would definitely return again.
Stayed at this hotel during a recent visit to LA. The hotel is located at the commercial office part of the town. There is no shopping / restaurants within walking distance. However a large Westfield shopping mall is a few minutes away by car. Over-night valet parking at the hotel is ~$38 + tax. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous as one would have expected from a full service luxury hotel. However the condition of the hallway leading to the room did not project the image of a high end property. Paints were peeling from various doors while some door frames were damaged. The room we had was also underwhelming. The hotel has a medium size lap pool and a gym. Will likely try the Intercontinental Downtown next time.
This is a fine property and a superior business hotel. An excellent location and a fair value for the price. I have stayed at this facility since the early 90’s, even before it was an Intercontinental!
My wife and I stayed at the Intercontinental on a recent holiday to Los Angeles. This is, without doubt a top class hotel. The staff were exceptional and made us feel truly welcome, especially the staff in the hotel bar, where we used to enjoy a relaxing couple of drinks in the evening, as they went out of their way to make us feel at home. We had a fantastic room on the 16th floor, which had outstanding views over the city. It was clean, quiet and spacious, which made for a comfortable retreat after negotiating the traffic around the city! The only thing I would point out is that some parts of the fabric of the hotel could do with refurbishment, but this does not detract from the fact that this is a first class hotel. We would return tomorrow, if we could!
I was there with my family and it was great I up graded my room to a one bedroom it had a lot of space the view was good and every thing was very close to move around in uber the breakfast was very good.
Great location for century city and just a 15 min uber ride to Beverly Center and Santa Monica at a reasonable price. Good for families and the staff are super helpful and the hotel has a Tesker car that takes you places like Crntury city for free (add tip)
