Amazing, professional, clean, poised hotel with the best staff ever! I love talking to front desk staff, their great listeners, keen to know you on individual basis. Management take pride in hiring and training staff. I recommend this hotel whether for business, relaxation or personal time. Thanks IC for taking care of my demanding needs, lol! :)
My husband and I stayed here with my daughter. We were dropping her off for camp at a location nearby. I travel a lot, but they don't. They were both in awe of the beauty of the hotel. I can't lie, it was really lovely. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to an executive suite due to our one day stay. The room was wonderful. We had a balcony (I believe that most rooms have one), a separate room with a king size bed, and a living room with a fold out bed. There were many amenities that we didn't take advantage of, the hotel would have made the fold out bed for us, we could have used the Prius shuttle to take us to other locations, but we didn't. We were happy to be in our place and relax.
i would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to explore L.A. Location was excellent. Everything was only a cheap uber ride away and the hotel also offers a free house car that takes you to all the close malls and rodeo drive. Staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little smaller than what they seem looking at pictures but they were still very clean and modern. Overall a very nice stay.
Great service, excellent accommodations. Only disappointment was pool. Very small and small surrounding area. Very good restaurants on site and nearby. Great place to start from for you day trips to DTLA.
A plus Hotel. One of the best places to stay ever. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful as well. I will definitely be staying at his hotel again whenever I revisit the LA area for sure.
The hotel's location is excelled and Beverly Hills with all the attractions is just a short drive away. Rooms were spacious and comfy and service was impeccable, as you'd expect in Intercontinental. Special shout out to parking valets who were courteous and helpful. Our room was facing the front of the hotel so we could see a good deal of LA's skyline. Highly recommended!
Service was very good by all departments. Limited food consumed, but what we had was pretty good. Well located to reach most places over this sprawling city. I would not hesitate to stay here next time I'm in this great city.
The hotel was amazing and very luxurious! Our room overlooked the Fox Studios - it was fun to look down at some of the outdoor sets as well as the studio buildings. The pool and hot tub area was beautiful and felt very luxurious with a spa right near by. There are various flavored water stations available throughout the premises, which was a very nice touch. Staff was super helpful, friendly, and very attentive to our needs. There is a Tesla Model S "house car" that will take you to a variety of close locations (within 1.5 miles) for free. We didn't get a chance to ride because so many people wanted a chance to experience the Tesla, but it was a cool option! The hotel is also next to Fox Plaza, which is the building in Die Hard (Nakatomi Plaza)!
I stayed here. And the bathroom was dirty. The sheets were clean but did not smell that good. And the location was not my favorite. But I liked the lobby and the restaurant had good food. This hotel was ok.
I loved this hotel. I loved the brightness and energy that you see immediately upon entering. Check-in was flawless and room provided was just as I had requested (suite with balcony). I noticed one reviewer commented on the waiter disappearing and it's ironic because I experienced the same. I even asked if the restaurant was closing because we were the only ones there. However, it didn't spoil the dinner. There is one asset that this hotel has that truly exceeded my expectations - the concierge, Rozie. Rozie was such a joy to work with when trying to schedule tours, dinner, etc. She was always on point with her recommendations, to the point that the one time I didn't go with her recommendation, I later wished I had. Thank you again Rozie for making up for my bad choice!!! From that point on, I did just as Rozie suggested! Also, the gentlemen who drove me to Rodeo Drive and other stops were very polite and professional. I would definitely return to this hotel.
