No sofa bed in living room as described. One of our party has very uncomfortable night. The rest of the condo was great at a fantastic price. Michelle made checking in very easy, though she never responded to the sofa bed issue. It’s a great location in HB. We’d definitely consider staying here again.

The property is in a nice residential location and is situated between Manhattan Beach Pier and Hermosa Beach Pier. It's a15 minute stroll to the beach. 22-23 minute walk to both piers with restaurants and shops. The host communicates quickly to any questions.Its an older property with some minor issues. It has a balcony, living room and a kitchen with remodeled cabinets. Bed was very comfortable. Perfect for 2 people.
