2BD/2BATH —This elegant, rustic home, nestled among heritage sycamores and oak trees, sits on a seasonally flowing creek. Gorgeous natural light fills the cottage with skylights in every room. Stunning foliage views out each window. The living room and dinning room/office have tall, vaulted ceilings. There is a full kitchen with all stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. 2 cozy bedrooms with 2 large bathrooms, one with a beautiful hand hammered copper bathtub. The back bedroom also has a loveseat with a pullout double sized bed. 4K TV in back bedroom with HBO Max, Disney+, Netflix, Hulu. There is a large bright living room with a full wall of picture windows looking out at the massive sycamore in front. The Living room has a cast iron wood stove and the room leads into a large tv room/office with a wall of 11 foot tall picture windows. TV room has a 4K TV with HBO Max, Disney+, Netflix, Hulu. The house is only steps from miles and miles of Topanga State Park hiking trails. The home has Zero VOC paint, Zero VOC stain on the butcher block counters, bamboo floors, Spanish tile and slate throughout and a tankless water heater. The house is 1200 square feet with a large front deck and private fenced in back yard. Washer and Dryer on the premises. This is the quintessential Topanga home in the heart of a truly special community.
