The backyard has an outdoor pool with a baja shelf and an attached hot tub and the deck has plenty of lounge furniture & an outdoor kitchen with a fridge, sink & built-in barbeque. Additionally, there is a detached front home boasting an impressive 800 sqft. of space that is currently built out as a music studio, but comes with a kitchenette & bathroom making it perfect for an in-law space or additional living space!
