We are located within Monrovia, built in mind of comfort for family vacations to relax. We have a large backyard with lots of fun activities and also a pond with a variety of koi fish. This house was built for the purpose of family outings. vacation.
The Property has two houses, one in the front of the property and one in the back of the property. You will have access to the property within the back through a padlock. The passcode will come with the booking through a welcome message. Within the padlock, there will be the keys to open the house door. There are two bedrooms, two baths and a living room. The backyard is accessible by both houses and is shared.
Please note there is only street parking. Parking on driveway is reserved for front tenants.

This was such an adorable home with a beautiful and spacious backyard. We saw a neighbor in the main house a couple times in passing but not awkward at all. They minded their business and we did the same. Host is very responsive - I only reached out a couple times but he got back to me right away. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean & comfortable

The location was great for what we needed; quiet safe neighborhood! The home is in the backyard of another home, so I thought it might be awkward but we didn’t see them at all so it was just fine. There is a nice BBQ grill if you enjoy cooking outdoors. There is not a hot tub; but the beach is about an hour away.
