Disliked: Cleanliness
The host lied about the amenities at every single property. I contacted customer service numerous times to resolve the issues . Customer service did an excellent job looking out for the host . But they did nothing to help me. In the end when the host threatened to come to the house and physically assault me , again, VRBO did nothing to help the situation . I spent numerous hours on the phone with customer support during the final eight hours at the property . I spoke with four different agents and only the last one offered any type of solution for me. Everything else was geared at helping the host. There are so many failures at the customer experience level, at the payments level, at the communication level... First time using VRBO. And definitely the last.
