Welcome to Casa Oceana by Oraklus, a stunning Malibu Road oceanfront retreat with 84 feet of beach frontage and breathtaking Pacific views. This luxurious home features spacious indoor-outdoor living, a gourmet kitchen, wrap-around decks, an oceanfront primary suite, private guest suite, gym, yoga studio, and direct beach access. Ideally located just moments from Malibu’s shops, markets, and restaurants. Please note that the sauna is out of order and not for use.



The Space:

The space consists of three separate living areas, offering plenty of room for families or groups to relax and unwind. The main level features three bedrooms, while the upper floor includes an attached private bedroom suite with its own deck, en suite bathroom, and small desk—perfect for remote work or a quiet retreat.



All bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms for added privacy and comfort. The home also includes a spacious kitchen, large dining table, and seamless access to the balcony from multiple areas of the house.



Outside, guests can enjoy a large outdoor dining table, comfortable lounge seating, and two sun loungers overlooking the ocean. From the patio deck, you’ll also have access to the gym and sauna room, creating the perfect setting for both relaxation and wellness during your stay.



The home comes with an attached garage where you can park your car, as well as space in the driveway. There is also free street parking available in front of the house.



Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the entire house.

Nestled along one of Malibu’s most sought-after stretches of coastline, the neighborhood offers the perfect blend of privacy, luxury, and convenience. Guests can enjoy direct access to the beach and are just minutes away from local markets, charming cafés, restaurants, and boutique shopping. Whether you’re looking to relax by the ocean, explore scenic coastal drives, or experience Malibu’s laid-back lifestyle, this location provides an ideal setting for a memorable stay.

* MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (8 PEOPLE) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES

* ANY UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES OR GATHERINGS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION



As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM) are strictly enforced. No outdoor music or gatherings are permitted during quiet hours. Violation of local noise ordinances may result in fines of up to $10,000 per violation.



Any gathering of more than 8 people must be discussed with and approved by the host in writing prior to check-in.



Events or parties are not permitted without prior written approval and an additional event fee. Any unauthorized events or parties will be shut down immediately and fines may apply. Please inquire for more information regarding event policies and fees.



We reserve the right to require a security deposit for certain bookings.



Please note that exterior surveillance cameras are installed around the outside of the home for safety and rule compliance purposes.



This is a smoke-free property. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in a $300 smoking fee, forfeiture of any applicable security deposit, and liability for any fire or property damage.



Additional charges may apply for damages or excessive cleaning:



* $35 per stained, ruined, or missing towel

* $35 per stained pillow cover

* $200 per stained sheets or duvet cover

* $200 excessive cleaning fee if the home is left in unusually poor condition



Guests must be transparent and truthful when answering booking-related questions. Providing inaccurate information regarding guest count, purpose of stay, or occupancy may result in immediate eviction without refund.



Non-compliance with the house rules or complaints from neighbors may result in immediate eviction.



Upon check-in, please report any pre-existing damages to avoid being charged. We understand accidents happen. Should anything break during your stay, please notify us immediately. For minor incidents, we typically do not charge. For larger damages, we prefer to discuss and agree on a resolution prior to checkout to avoid any misunderstandings.
