I booked and received a confirmation email with instructions on accessing the room. Three weeks later (a week before my booking) they texted me that my room had been overbooked. They sent me to call Expedia for my refund. I had to spend over 90 minutes on the phone trying to get a full refund for this place. Two days before my booking, I got another text telling me the room was available again if I wanted it. Orbitz has been sending me emails about my stay even though my booking was cancelled. I found this entire experience to be unprofessional and baffling. I suspect the owner of this property tried to sell my dates for more money and it fell through at the last minute. Very unprofessional and I will never book with them again. Orbitz, please vet your properties better and give them a way to issue a COMPLETE refund (including the insurance) so that your customers aren't left begging you for their money back when properties like this can't get their act together. Very unhappy.

Thank you for your feedback .Quite understood your concern. We have fully refunded you the money. One quest extended the stay so we had to ask you if you could find another place. A few days later another quest cancelled so we asked you if you like to rebook. It’s not for trying to sell more money. Sometimes some quests extended and some quests cancelled then caused the overbook for the whole property. We would improve definitely in the future to make every quest happy. We would like to compensate you one free night if you happen to book in the future. Thank you
