Fantastic apartment, perfect for one guest or a couple. Best location in LA, includes a parking spot, building has a small gym, swimming pool, hot tub. Interested in medium/longer term rentals. This is an amazing opportunity for anyone new to LA, to get their bearings and figure out which part of the city is their favourite. Also perfect for students, travelling nurses or people in show business relocation to LA temporarily.
