Neighborhood is safe. Noise complaints shouldn’t be an issue unless it’s past midnight Mon-Thurs. The hot tub is to die for in master bedroom’s bathroom. Free WiFi and free washer and dryer. I’m Available 24 hours of the day 7 days of the week if you have any questions or concerned feel free to contact me, there is no such thing as a stupid question please feel free to ask ANYTHING. Topanga Mall 0.8 miles away from property as well as a variety of restaurants. Also smoking is only allowed on balcony. If there is evidence of smoking inside of property you will be charged a $650 non-negotiable smoking fee.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a balcony and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Stretch out in the jetted tub. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.
