This place is very clean, well kept and in the perfect location for attending World Cup games in L.A. We walked to the stadium and back. Cars trying to get to and from the game sat on the streets in traffic while we walked by.The host was easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. She even provided several extras, like a bottle of wine and snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived. The are only 2 things that might make you think about not staying in this place:1) It's not cheap. It was a lot for me to spend for just 2 nights. However, location, location, location. I decided to spend the money to get a place where we could walk to the game for a once-in-a-lifetime experience of seeing team USA play in the World Cup.2) It's small. There were 2 of us staying and it was perfect for 2. If I had a group of 4, I might hesitate to stay here. There is only 1 small bathroom and not much space for 4 people to eat. There's only one bedroom with only one queen size bed. My son slept on the couch. He's young and it was fine. The host offered an air mattress, which we declined. The home is lovely. The host is gracious. The location is perfect (about 15 minute walk to the stadium). Going in, I was a bit concerned about the neighborhood. I've read horror stories about the neighborhoods around that stadium. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The streets and homes looked way better than I expected. My son and I had no concerns walking to and from the game.
