Villa with pool, close to the beach

This villa property is located in a popular area of Los Alcazares and is walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. The property has an open plan kitchen living area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property has large outside areas with dining area leading out to the pool, a terrace from the main bedroom and a roof terrace with chill out sofas with pergola. Inside the villa you have a lounge the large TV with channels from across the world. Wifi internet is provided free of charge. There is a good size kitchen with dining area along with private parking space in the underground garage. 



Los Alcazares is a fantastic area for a family holiday with long sandy beaches and shallow waters on the Mar Menor. There is a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants and over 20 tapas bars dotted along the beach. There are two year round markets and in the summer you can take a visit to the nightly evening market and fun fair. If golf is your sport then Murcia is blessed with 22 courses and many within a 15 minute drive from the property, other sports in the area include tennis, padel, kite surfing. windsurfing, canoeing, sailing and not far away you have diving off the coast at Capo de Palos.
