Hermoso apartamento aislado en el primer piso (acceso solo por escaleras), con todas las habitaciones recientemente renovadas y listas para recibir a los turistas. Construido en el aire acondicionado está instalado.

La cocina está totalmente equipada con instalaciones, electrodomésticos y equipos completamente nuevos para su estadía, perfectos para casas de alquiler. La cocina está equipada con una barra de desayuno y taburetes, con vistas a un amplio salón moderno.

Después de un largo día explorando las hermosas y fascinantes ciudades locales, ciudades y playas soleadas, el salón es muy acogedor para esas noches de verano. La espaciosa sala delantera ofrece un amplio y cómodo sofá esquinero para que toda la familia o amigos se reúnan y se relajen para ver la televisión, con muchos canales en inglés. De lo contrario, no dude en traer un cable HDMI y una computadora portátil para aprovechar el Wifi gratuito.

Si ver la televisión no es su taza de té, puede relajarse en el balcón, equipado con sillas y una mesa para reunirse con sus amigos y familiares mientras admira la puesta de sol española.

El dormitorio principal está equipado con una cama doble y armarios empotrados, iluminación y mesas de noche.

La segunda habitación cuenta con 2 cómodas camas individuales, equipadas con un armario empotrado, mesitas de noche y lámparas.

La propiedad cuenta con 2 baños modernos, con toallas de baño siempre. Ambos baños están totalmente equipados con ducha, lavabo, espejos y un aseo. Un baño también cuenta con una bañera, por lo que no hay disputas temprano por la mañana sobre quién se baña primero.

El apartamento puede alojar cómodamente a 5 personas a pesar de que solo hay 2 habitaciones, con un elegante sofá cama que ofrece 2 camas adicionales para acomodar a 1 o 2 personas más.

El complejo cuenta con 3 piscinas con abundante espacio alrededor del área de la piscina para que pueda relajarse y tomar el sol. El apartamento incluye sillas junto a la piscina y tumbonas para que disfrutes. El complejo está bien mantenido por personal y guardias de seguridad que patrullan el complejo regularmente para garantizar una experiencia segura y agradable para los residentes.

El apartamento se encuentra en una ubicación hermosa, con buenas vistas desde el balcón y fácil acceso a tiendas locales como Lidl y Consum, paradas de autobús y a 15 minutos a pie de la playa. La ubicación está cerca de pubs, bares, restaurantes y discotecas cercanas. Durante el verano hay un Funfair cercano con Dodgems, Rides y Ferris Wheel para que usted y la familia y amigos disfruten. Llegar a Los Alcázares también es un viaje corto, ya que está a solo 7 minutos en automóvil del aeropuerto de San Javier Murcia y a menos de una hora del aeropuerto de Alicante Elche. Si está conduciendo, hay un montón de espacio de estacionamiento en la calle tranquila fuera del apartamento. También hay mercados locales cercanos, con uno en el Parque de la Urbanización los martes y uno en Los Najeros los sábados.

Our stay at this apartment in Los Alcazares was amazing from start to finish. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and felt so welcoming from the moment we arrived. It had everything you needed, plenty of space, great sized balcony, a well-equipped kitchen and relaxing atmosphere. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect: close enough to restaurants, shops, and local attractions just a short drive away while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The beach is also only a 10 minute walk away which was amazing. We loved waking up each morning and enjoying coffee and breakfast with a beautiful view on the balcony. Claire who met us to do the handover was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, offering fantastic local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Communication with the hosts were easy and efficient. Thank you for an amazing stay. We are already looking to book again for next year and would highly recommend it.

Brilliant stay

Can’t fault the apartment or complex… we had a brilliant time all 3 swimming pools are great & everyone is really friendly, I can’t not fault anything… I recommend Milo for a steak & the local Lardon for a refreshing drink.

Homely apartment with responsive hosts

Rob and Juliet were very responsive and helpful in the run up to our stay. The apartment has a homely feel with lots of nice touches. I have recommended this apartment to a friend.

Great complex and location

The apartment is situated in a great location, just a short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. Although the complex is quite big, the pool was never really busy. We would definitely go back.

Wonderful stay, ideally placed.

The property was quite spacious and had a fully functioning kitchen. Both bathrooms and bedrooms were clean to a good standard and the balcony was quite large. The lounge area was tastefully decorated and the sofa was amazingly comfortable. It was made possible for us to check in earlier than expected and handover was easy. A very pleasant stay.

Relaxing stay in lovely appartment

A really relaxing time. The apartment was great and had everything. We needed. The only criticism was the pool chairs which are in need of replacement. Great communication both before we went and when we were there.

Great holiday

We have just returned home from Rob and Juliet’s lovely apartment, which is exactly how it is described on the site. The owners were very prompt and easy to communicate with and their property manager Tara, is a very friendly and accommodating person, which was very refreshing. Shower tray not clean .too much clutter on balcony as it was cold there could have been a throw that we could have used . There just seemed to be a lot of owners stuff in wardrobes. When we opened the wardrobe door the Xmas decoration s fell out . Apart from those things all was good .

Fantastic Apartment

Just back from a lovely stay at this fantastic apartment. It is situated in an immaculate gated complex. The apartment itself was spotless and modern. It had everything we needed including umbrella!! ;-) There are plenty of restaurant and bars within walking distance. Plenty of supermarkets nearby. There is also a Lidl nearly completed just over the road. We loved it and hopefully stay longer next time. Thank you for having us. Tracy

Absolutely incredible!

Our stay was absolutely incredible. After returning to Los Alcazares for the 10th year, this is by far the best apartment we have stayed in. The WiFi worked amazing, you had a huge television with English channels and built in Netflix and YouTube. The complimentary €10 free on the air con was thoughtful. The lady who looked after us while we were there and handed over the keys was lovely! The apartment was spotless, had everything you need! I don’t have a bad word about it. We are already looking to book for next year back at this same apartment! Thank you so much !!

We had a lovely holiday in Rob and Juliets apartment. It was very nice, clean and welcoming, and had air con in all rooms.It is a very nice complex too. Only 50 metres max to 2 of the 3 pools. 10 minutes steady walk to the 525 strip and 15 mins to the beach. Also 5 minutes to 4 large supermarkets, of which we found Mercadona and Consum the best.We had a couple of issues which were sorted out promptly by Rob and Juliet. Communication about these were very good between us, One being that the sunbeds weren’t very safe. Rob and Juliet thanked us for bringing them to their attention as they hadn’t been out themselves for a while and were not aware of the condition of them. A couple of hours later Rita, the cleaner and contact there, who is lovely and very friendly, arrived with new ones. I’m sure future guest will be delighted with them, as we were.The reason we have given the description on VRBO 4 stars, is it states the airport is 10 minutes away, but that is now closed. The international airport in Murcia is 30 minutes away. Although we were aware of this, future guests may not be. We would definitely, and very happily stay in this apartment again.

Emplacements très bien situé près des commodités. Propriété calme et spacieuse, on a pu profiter de la piscine (octobre ) et de la plage. Logement fonctionnel avec tout de prévu, attention au ménage qui était bâclé, faire un effort la dessus serait un plus et la cuisine mieux organisé serait mieux(tout est mélangé).Nous avons passés de bonnes vacances , nous recommandons la location sans problème.

Very enjoyable stay.

This property is just as described in the listing, it is in a perfect location a short stroll from the beach, local bars and restaurants. It is fully equipped with all the necessary bits and pieces. Although we didn’t use the provided beach towels it was good to have the option. Overall a very good stay, excellent communication from the owners and management. I would highly recommend.

After arriving 1 week on from the devastating floods,we could admire the resilience of everyone around us.The property was A1 and the teams working at the complex have to be congratulated on bringing the complex back to good shape.All this was done in the week we were there.We will revisit the complex in years to come.Many thanks to all.

An excellent apartment!

My partner and I had a lovely stay in the apartment! It was very spacious and clean and comfortable and there wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't provided. The apartment is a very short walk from the local supermarkets and is in close proximity to the main strip and beach, with an excellent choice of restaurants and bars. This was our 5th time staying in Los Alcazares and by far our favourite apartment! The pool area is lovely, with a choice of three pools. Although it got quite busy, there was still plenty of space for everyone to relax with a great community feel to it. A big thank you for letting us use the apartment and also to Sarah from the property management team for being such a great help. We hope to stay again soon! Would definitely recommend.
