A tranquil gite set in the stunning countryside of the Charente Maritime. It benefits from 3 bedrooms, 5 sleeps and air-conditioner. There is a shower room and an additional WC.

The main living space is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, dishwaher, fridge freezer, multifunction oven (microwave, convection, classic oven) and toaster. There is a TV with a DVD player and free Wifi.

Patio doors open onto 2.5 acre grounds with a great view of the pool. You can enjoy your own private BBQ. The pool is a stunning L-shaped swimming pool shared with just one other gite. It is a summer pool.

The summer swimming-pool has a regular slope from 60cm to 2 meters deep.

Table tennis, badminton and swing are also available and to share with the other gîte too.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. 5 stars for this lovely gite amongst the vines.

Fabulous 3 bed gite with a large pool, air con, fast wifi, outdoor games and UK tv channels. Great for families. Handily placed - 30mins to Royan, 40 mins to Cognac, 50 mins to Bordeaux. Catherine, the hostess, couldn't do more for us. We had a great time (despite the weather) and would heartily recommend this idyllic, quiet get-away.

Peace and quiet in the Charente-Maritime

Lovely three bedroomed gite in a small hamlet. Catherine and her husband were wonderful hosts and were very attentive without being intrusive. Fantastic L shaped pool, immaculate and clean. Gite Wass fully equipped and we highly recommend it, especially if you want the peace and quiet of the countryside.

Très beau gîte et séjour très agréable

Très bon séjour à la Petite Grange. Gîte très bien équipé et vraiment mignon avec les poutres peintes en blanc et la pierre de taille. Gîte très propre. Très bon accueil avec des cookies maison ! Très belle vue depuis la terrasse sur la nature environnante et sur la belle piscine.

Sejour reposant

Nous avons passé deux belles semaines au milieu des vignes dans lesquelles nous avons pu nous balader. L endroit est tres calme, ideal pour le repos. La piscine est grande et il y a également d autres équipements dans le grand jardin, comme un filet de badmington, une table de ping pong... Catherine et son epoux sont à l ecoute et tres discret. L'hebergement est simple avec les equipements suffisants. Nous le recommandons :)

Pas ou très peu de connexion wifi. Un gros problème d'évacuation des machines à laver et vaisselle dans le gîte attenant et remontée des odeurs dans le nôtre. Du coup le syphon de la douche avait été retiré à notre arrivée et les toilettes SdB condamnées. Nous prenions notre douche dans un pédiluve. Nous avons dû faire changer la lunette des toilettes restante car elle ne tenait pas. Un tringle à rideau est tombée sur la tête de notre fils car elle n'était pas fixée correctement (idem pour la colonne de douche de la SdB). Le sommier d'une des chambres avait été installé à l'envers. Un fauteuil était déchiré et masqué par couverture "Mickey". Les fenêtres ne s'ouvraient que partiellement car elles ont été installées n'importe comment. Minuscule barbecue sans soufflet,... Le jour de notre arrivée on nous a demandé d'attendre car les lits n'étaient pas faits mais par contre le jour de notre départ la propriétaire est venue à 8h30 pour récupérer nos draps... C'est irrespectueux ! L'extérieur est tout aussi désastreux : absence de terrasse et table et banc recouvert de plastique. Un point positif : la piscine. C'est de loin la plus mauvaise location que nous ayons eu.

Un séjour agréable au milieu de grands espaces, de vignes charentaises et de campagne.

Nous avons apprécié la propriété , le calme, la piscine et la région. Nous avons apprécié la discrétion des propriétaires et la qualité de leur accueil. Ses cookies maison et le pineau en guise de bienvenue étaient délicieux. Un seul regret si le wifi est bien présent c‘est la réception du réseau dans la maison qui est très mauvaise. Il faut sortir dans le jardin pour bien capter.
