Property composed of main house and outbuilding 3 km from the centre of Lorgues, 16 km from the centre of Draguignan, in a secluded position on a slope, 40 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept terraced garden, 4'700 m2 with flowers and trees, swimming pool (11 x 4 m, depth 50 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with alarm system. Terrace, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station "Les Arcs Draguignan" 1800 km. Golf course (18 hole) 29 km. Das Haus ist mit 4 DZ mit jeweils eigenem Bad bestens geeignet für 8 Personen. In der zweiten Woche hatten wir noch den Anbau mit 1 DZ mit Bad gemietet, auch prima. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind absolut geräumig, man kann sich gut verteilen, aber auchgut zusammensitzen. Die Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend vorhanden und gut, der Service der Ansprechpartnerin bei kleinen Problemen ist einwandfrei. Der Pool bietet mit Sonnen– und Schattenplätzen unter Bäumen für jeden etwas. Herd und Ofen in der Küche begeistern jeden, der gerne kocht!Internet per W–LAN ist vorhanden, aber absolut langsam, was der Ausstattung der ländlichen Region geschuldet ist. Wer vor Ort schnell ins Internet muss, sollte sich einen LTE–Router mit SIM–Karte zulegen.Wir persönlich fanden Haus und Grundstück sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. Für die hohe Preisklasse des Hauses könnten die Renovierungsarbeiten allerdings liebevoller und regelmäßiger ausgeführt werden.Stechmücken gehören im Sommer dazu, sie lassen sich aber mit den Anti–moustique–Steckern, die man in größeren Supermärkten bekommt, gut vom Leibe halten. Reisetipps: Im Ort (mit dem Auto ein paar Minuten, man kann aber auch hinjoggen oder mit dem VTT fahren) gibt es drei Bäckereien. Les Climènes hat (im Juli/Aug täglich) ab 06h00 geöffnet und ein super Angebot für alle Sinne!Supermärkte: mehr als drei am Ort: Casinos und Intermarché, in Les Arc einen Hypermarché und in Trans–en–Provence einen Leclerc. Der Ort Lorgues ist nett und lädt zum spazieren und verweilen ein. Restaurants gibt es jede Menge, darunter viele tolle wie z.B. Colors (günstig) oder Bruno (teuer), das Eis bei Delphine ist super lecker.Ausflüge/Aktivitäten: Calanques bei Cassis per pedes (2x1,5 Std), per Kanu oder per Boot; Gorges du Verdon und Lac de Ste Croix zum paddeln, baden oder wandern; Paddeln auf dem Argens (20 Min entfernt) von der Base de Pardigon aus; Parfum–Workshop in Grasse bei Galimard und Abendessen (bis 18h00 da sein, man kann nicht reservieren!) in Fréjus im Les Sablettes mit Blick auf's Meer, Île de Porquerolles; Villecroze mit Höhle und hausgemachtem Smoothie in der Altstadt im Salon de thé; Le Thoronet, Sillans–la–Cascade, Entrecasteau ...
