Charming Villa with Spa and Panorama

I am pleased to offer a detached house of 135 sqm, quiet with a wide panorama of the Massif des Maures.
It consists of a living room - dining room overlooking a large terrace with direct access to the garden - large kitchen - pantry and always on the ground floor a room of 18 m2 with its bathroom, shower and dressing room - toilet. On the 1st floor, two rooms of 13 m2 with panorama, a room of 11 m2 and two bathrooms and a large shower - toilet.
The exteriors are complemented by a large terrace with a spa 4 places, shower and relaxation area.
The house is 1 km from the village, quiet, without vis-à-vis with olive trees, oaks on the edge.
The nearby activities are numerous for both young and old: you can enjoy local activities such as horse riding, tennis, swimming pool, where still kayaking in white water and not far from there, swimming on the beaches from the French Riviera, fishing, mountain biking, climbing or hiking in the gorges du Verdon, lazy days or paddle boats on Lake St. Croix. You also have the leisure to discover beautiful typical villages nearby, to visit wineries of the region, to propel you to St Tropez, Cannes and even Nice and Monaco.

For walkers, there are several walking routes from the villa.
You can also discover one of the most beautiful markets of the Var in the center of Lorgues.
The situation of the house allows access to calm and discovery of the region while being close to amenities.

Very nice holiday home!

We had a great stay in Lorgues. The villa was very neat, has everything you need and the communication with the host was pleasant and she reacted very quickly on all of our questions. The only notes I have (and also kind of subjective), is that I didn't find it as quiet as I'd hoped. There were some building sounds (which presumably are temporarily), but the villa sits parallel to a main road. I could have noticed if I had seen Google Maps, and maybe I should have expected it. Also the beds are a little to short for me (I'm 1.89m) and the Internet connection wasn't always stable (which was later explained by the concierge that there is a lack of fibre connection in the region, which I can't blame the host for). However, this is my reason not to rate it the full 5 stars. The garden itself is really tidy, and there is a great terrace to enjoy your breakfast, lunch and / or diner in the sun. Also the spa is a nice nice-to-have. The location is also great with most important shops (supermarkets, bakery, etc.) nearby. Monaco, Cannes, Nice and St. Tropez are in driveable distance, as are the wonderful Gorges du Verdon. Would definitely recommend!

Nice family home

We had a great time in this spacious and beautiful holiday home with a lovely garden. The relaxation room that was mentioned on the website was missing. The outdoor jacuzzi was wonderful. It is a pity that we were not informed in advance that a new house is being built next to the house.
