Step outside to the expansive upper deck, complete with a grill and plenty of outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying meals al fresco while admiring the panoramic views. The location is convenient to Covenant College and is a great base for hang-gliding enthusiasts or those looking to explore nearby Chattanooga, TN.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable living space with amenities such as a gas fireplace, Netflix streaming, and board games for entertainment. The house is equipped with central AC, ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the weather outside. With multiple bedrooms including king, queen, and twin beds, as well as a sofa bed, this home offers flexibility for families or groups of friends.

Enjoy a refreshing swim during our pool heating season from April 1 to September 30. We guarantee that the pool will be heated to a minimum of 75 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring comfort for all our guests. If you’d like to elevate your experience further, you can raise the temperature to a comfortable 85 degrees for just a $50 daily fuel fee, applicable for each night of your stay, with a minimum requirement of 3 nights.

Please remember that a daily fuel fee of $50 a day also applies if you request pool heating outside of our designated season. This fee is determined based on outdoor temperatures and the current costs of propane.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
