Very beautiful, cosy, comfortable cottage "Thrift Cottage", 2 storeys. 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. Private: garden (fenced). Patio, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 1.6 km, restaurant 1.6 km, bar 1.6 km, bus stop 1.2 km, railway station "Looe" 3.6 km, sandy beach "Plaidy Beach" 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, surf school 24 km, indoor tennis centre 10 km, riding stable 10 km. Nearby attractions: Plymouth 34 km, Newquay 63 km. Please note: suitable for seniors.

Spacious and bright, very comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, digital TV, flat screen, DVD and electric heating. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Exit to the patio. Bath/shower/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful view of the sea.
