Très bon accueil ! Les nouveaux propriétaires ont a coeur la satisfaction de leurs clients. L'hôtel est très bien situé, tout près du centre de Lons. Pk a disposition. Certains espaces auraient encore besoin d'etre rafraichis, mais nul doute que ce sera fait progressivement. Bonne adresse pour découvrir Lons et sa région !

Jeune couple qui a repris il y a quelques mois donc je ne veux pas mettre une mauvaise note. Mais il y a du boulot : Matelas à ressorts très inconfortable, parking payant (5 €) alors qu'il est indiqué comme inclus sur Expedia, murs et boiseries de la chambre en vilain état, lampe de chevet puissante qui éclaire trop, pas d'identifiants wifi communiqués (pas demandés non plus mais ils devraient être visibles dans la chambre sans action de la part du client), bruit de camion poubelle un peu avant 7h du matin, salle de bain "dans son jus", parking fermé la nuit ce qui empêche de partir tôt le matin si on le désire (ouverture et fermeture électroniques à prévoir si faisable techniquement). Positif : très bon accueil, bonne localisation, bons conseils de restaurants, chambre assez grande, et surtout très bon rapport qualité/prix. Conseil précieux n°1 : ne jamais facturer un service si le client vous prouve qu'il n'était pas indiqué qu'il était payant sur la page de votre établissement sur la plateforme sur laquelle le client a réservé. Conseil précieux n°2 : si vous savez que la chambre que votre client a réservée n'est pas terrible, surclassez ce client quand vous avez de la disponibilité, même s'il n'a pas payé cher, car sa satisfaction est votre objectif premier. Courage pour votre activité et pour vos rénovations programmées !
