It ok, however: The air con did not work and felt hot they said it would be fixed but was not had to sleep With an open window on the grownd for the second night! There was no hand dope by the sink. When I asked to please book me a taxi as my phone would not work it was only after begging as I had a train to catch a taxi was called! Therefore two bad nights and a stressful Morning

Hotellet är 2-delat, på varsin sida om vägen. Ena delen är relativt nybyggt & fräscht. Har egen parkering med bom med kod (som fås vid incheckning). Andra delen (original?) är slitet. Dusch i badkar utan draperi. Dåligt isolerat med trafikerad gata utanför. Men, ligger väldigt centralt och är nära till det mesta.

Chambre inférieure au prix d’une supérieure

J’ai réservé et payé pour une chambre supérieure, mais on m’a attribué une chambre classique sans m’en informer. C’est moi qui m’en suis rendu compte et, lorsque je l’ai signalé, la personne à la réception est restée silencieuse, sans aucune explication ni solution. L’hôtel étant complet, je n’ai pas pu changer de chambre, ni obtenir de remboursement ou même un geste commercial. La chambre donnée était au premier étage, avec les livraisons de camions dès 6h du matin : impossible de dormir. Niveau propreté, j’ai trouvé des cheveux à mon arrivée et une seule serviette était prévue pour tout le séjour. Enfin, les photos de l’hôtel montrent des chambres modernes dans un bâtiment récent, mais en réalité on se retrouve dans un bâtiment et une chambre vieillissante. Je déconseille cet hôtel : manque de transparence, de professionnalisme et de confort.

bien, mais Clim bloquer a 22° , c'est trop chaud

En très bon Hotel, tout est propre, le petit déjeuner était sympa, le lit était confortable, mais par contre un gros bémol, c'est la clim, il faisait très chaud et malgré que nous sommes quand même mmi Mai, la clim ne pouvait pas descendre en dessous de 22° car elle était en mode hiver. Je trouve ça un peu négligé et un peu économe pour les clients, surtout quand on réserve une chambre avec la clim. Sinon bon Hotel merci de revoir ce point . (j'avais demandé à la réception, s'il pouvait changer, ils m'ont dit que non, que c'était bien bloqué en mode hiver)
