Situated between the village of Ouville-la-rivière and all its shops, and the large beach of Quiberville, this charming longère can accommodate a small family.
Surrounded by its enclosed garden, with a view of the beautiful surrounding countryside, the house is entirely on one level.
When you return from the beach, or from a nice walk, you will be able to appreciate resting by the fireplace.
The living room also has an office, practical for a few hours of teleworking.
A second living room is very bright and offers a space to have lunch together and a comfortable TV corner.
The house is located at the start of many hikes.
It is ideally placed to visit the region of the Alabaster coast from Fécamp to Dieppe.

Si les grands parents ne sont pas fans des galets, les petits enfants ont adoré jouer avec. Ils ont apprécié les rouleaux puis la mer retirée faire des chateaux de sable.
