This exquisite Sea Grape Inn is just steps from the sandy beaches of Longboat Key and features a private infinity pool with beautiful gulf views throughout the top levels!



This newly constructed home features a new modern kitchen with dual sinks, a 48-inch range, an open living space layout, and all the bedrooms have beautifully tiled showers in each bathroom. This home features 2 indoor eating areas and 1 outdoor table. A fire table and outdoor grill can be found on the main deck overlooking the beautiful Gulf.



The tastefully decorated Sea Grape Inn is located on the white sand beaches of Longboat Key with easy beach access. This home was designed for modern comforts. Deluxe accommodations include brand-new beds and linens. This oasis offers a chef's kitchen, gorgeous finishes, and easy beach living.



All guests will receive a Cedars Tennis Resort Membership during their stay which includes access to the tennis courts, pickleball courts, swimming pool, tiki bar, and Hugo II Restaurant, and fitness center. Cedars is conveniently located nearby at: 645 Cedars Court Longboat Key, FL 34228.



NOTE: The top deck is a separate townhome. Renters exclusively have the entire house with the exception of the top deck.
