Welcome to Seas the Day, a home by RVA. This waterfront home is in the Country Club Shores and has a gorgeous open floor plan. Upon entering the home, you see a beautifully designed living room that has the perfect hues to accent the waterfront view and the tile floor. On the other side of the house, you have many floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and windows that lead to the kitchen, not allowing you to escape the view of Longboat Key’s crystal blue waters. The kitchen has been upgraded to a modern look and feel while preserving the beach’s aesthetic. In the kitchen, the sliding doors open all the way to open the floor plan even more and gain access to the kitchen island from the outside. Outside, there is an inground pool with plenty of lounge chairs to get that Florida tan. There is also access to a boat/fishing dock (boat not provided) that views out into the Bay. Just past the kitchen, the master bedroom has many windows facing the waterfront that can be opened up as well, enjoying the nice bay breeze, and having access to a screened-in lanai, with plenty of seating options. The guest bedrooms are also spacious with large walk-in closets, perfect for large traveling families and groups.
