Great Beach access but only OK property

The good: Great Beach access at Beachplace condos Surrounding are safe and clean. Condo basically functions fine. The Bad: Mediocre interior. Very dated and old. Faces East and the sun comes directly in the bedroom in the morning. The shades are. It very good. Faces the golf course and at 5:30 a.m. the mowers are going. The Ugly: Washing machine ruined my whites with stains. Bed is too small (double) Microwave has issues Chair broken in living room. Clutter of outdated things (stereo) TV too small and no BluRay/DVD ability. It isn’t a bad place just mediocre. I would rent again if had no other options.
