Our building is located on the beach, this unit has an ISLAND view.

Beach front units are available to reserve online up to ten (10) months in advance, however you may call or contact us directly for a reservation up to twelve (12) months in advance.

Please note: We do not allow Sunday or holiday arrivals and require a 7 night minimum stay.

Located on the fifth floor with elevator or stair access, there is nothing better than staying at a resort on its own section of beautiful beach. The condo has all that you need for a relaxing vacation, down to beach toys for your children. The beach has lounge chairs for your use and also a heated pool.

This gorgeous condo is on the luxurious island of Longboat Key. Located in the center of Longboat this complex is within a short drive to culture filled Sarasota.

On behalf of our guests and owners that suffer from asthma and allergies, no pets are allowed on the property. No exceptions! $300 fine.

SPRING BREAK GETAWAY

This condo was perfect for my husband and myself. The condo and entire building was spotless clean. The neighborhood is very quiet but only a short drive to restaurants and shopping. The beach which is right outside the door is absolutely beautiful!
