Beach and Tennis Paradise in Beautiful Longboat Key

Consider this condo directly on the beach your home away from home while you visit beautiful Longboat Key. This property is freshly painted and updated, while preserving its beach feel. It features two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds. The den, that can be partitioned off to create a third bedroom, offers additional sleeping space with a comfortable sofa bed. There are two large furnished patios to enjoy the incredible views of the resort and tennis courts (a little view of gulf on one side and and bay on the other). You'll also find two bathrooms, both with shower/bathtub. Guests can enjoy amenities like eight professionally maintained har-tru clay tennis courts (court fees included, even for guests), two pickleball courts right by the beach, two heated pools (one adult only), hot tub, fitness room and club house (scheduled to re-open in October), outdoor grill etc. The beach is amazing and chairs and umbrellas are set up daily. Club Longboat has a great community with weekly social events and organized tennis and pickle ball. There are several first-rate restaurants, a grocery store and other conveniences within a few minutes by car or bike (bike rentals available a short walk from the property) ride. Enjoy all that Longboat Key has to offer when you stay at our place! There is a 30-day minimum rental period, but please inquire about possible exceptions for shorter (two week+) rentals during April-December.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
